Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hutchison serves as GCSES Chief Executive Officer. He has over 35 years of sales, engineering, manufacturing, capital project management and executive management experience driving growth, operational excellence, project leadership and business development, in the Pulp and Paper and Industrial rubber manufacturing industries. Mr. Hutchison received his Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Pulp and Paper Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (cum laude) and an Executive MBA certificate from Emory University.
Chief Operating Officer
Shane Haygood joined GCSES in November 2017 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 28 years of manufacturing experience in the pulp and paper and rubber industry. During his career, he has held senior management positions with Graphic Packaging Corporation, Robbins LLC, and Georgia Pacific Bleached Board Division, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma skills to drive operational improvement and cost reduction initiatives. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mercer University.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Charlie Gillette joined GCSES in November 2016 as Director of Finance and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gillette previously held leadership roles with Frank’s International, Oceaneering/C&C Technologies, and Lewis Energy Group. Prior to Lewis, he served Marathon Oil Corp. in roles of increasing responsibility, including Business Coordinator for Marathon’s Eagle Ford asset team. Mr. Gillette began his career in public accounting auditing primarily energy clients throughout Louisiana for Ernst & Young and Postlethwaite & Netterville. Mr. Gillette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2003, a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 2005, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Mr. Sheff started his career with Exxon in classic engineering roles in the petrochemical space. He ultimately chose consumer packaged goods for the long term, with an 18 year career with Procter & Gamble, followed by a decade of executive roles at Dial/Henkel, Graphic Packaging, and Wrigley/Mars. While at P&G, Mr. Sheff played key leadership roles in the building of two of P&G’s billion dollar global brands (Pantene® and Pringles®) in Asia and the US. Mr. Sheff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering (cum laude) from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
